The Team at Shine

When you come to Shine for assistance with any staff shortages, you can be sure that you are dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable team of Recruitment Consultants. All of the Consultants working at Shine come from Dental and recruitment backgrounds, and have between us over thirty years of experience in dealing with both NHS and private clients.

All consultants at Shine have previous experience of working on specific recruitment projects within individual Trusts, Organisations and Corporate Groups, enabling us to understand the need and processes involved in tailoring a recruitment service to provide suitable staff, and are fully committed to providing top quality staffing solutions for any potential client.

Our aim is to be as flexible as possible in order to meet your requirements, and by pooling our resources and experience as a team we believe that we can offer you the best recruitment service available.

If you have a permanent vacancy we will ask you to register the details with us and we will then take on advertising and preliminary interviewing. We will then forward on to you details of any candidates that pass our assessment criteria and match your requirements. It is then up to you to select from these anyone that you wish to meet with for interviews, and we will set these up for you. There is no charge for this service unless you decide to take on an applicant that has been forwarded by Shine. We can also offer you advice in terms of salary, benefits etc for any potential employees.

Vacancies Dealt With

We can offer help with permanent vacancies, as well as providing temporary cover for either long or short term placements.

For temporary placements we pride ourselves on flexibility, and are happy to discuss rates depending on the job that needs to be covered and what you are used to paying. We also aim to be able to provide cover at very short notice which can be helpful if you are let down by a permanent staff member on the day.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

Whatever the staff type you are recruiting, you can rest assured that our assessment and selection procedure will ensure that all candidates sent to you have been rigorously checked.

All new applicants are required to attend individual interviews at our offices in Southwark, at which point they complete a range of application forms and tests relevant to their profession. In addition to satisfactorily completing these forms, each candidate must provide at least two excellent references, one from their most recent place of employment. We are also willing to be flexible, and can include in our interview criteria any details that you feel are specific to your organisation.
